• Daughter loves this series and loved this book. She is a big time reader and mentions other series that sort of fade off as the books progress. THis one kept her attention. She did say it was a bit too much ‘young’ writing - she is now 12. SHe did start this series a while back, so of course she has aged while awaiting this new book. But all in all loved it.
• I love this series! I think all the characters are pretty great and I love the idea that people can be remorseful and want to become better without sacrificing who they are fundamentally. That's a good lesson I think.
  
  There are some plot threads in this book that are mentioned, briefly, and moved on from. I'm hoping they come back because I would like to see them resolved.
  
  The loyalty and care the friends in this book show for each other is astounding. I can't wait for their next adventures in Book 5!
• It's always fun to read the exploits of Gilly Cobbler and friends. Although there's not a lot of depth, Gilly does grow and change over the course of the series. In this entry, Gilly and friends end up in the land of the giants as they continue to track down Rumpelstiltskin.
• Creative new story about the rascal Rumplestiltskin, the fiercely angry Beast and his lovely wife Beauty and their halfling AG. New character Gilly to stir things up a bit is introduced, too.
• Loved this book! It is full of clever twists and turns being introduced when you least expect it. Better than watching descendants and this is coming from someone who loved watching descendants.
• It ended in a cliffhanger. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole series but the end of the book was a let down.
• This book was intriguing. I was curious of all the characters involved in the story. It kept my interest and at the end wanting me to read more of what is to come.
• it was a good book . I like that some of the characters weren't so 2d . you felt like you knew them already
