- This book is great. I got it for me and my wife as she does most of the cooking, but i thought this would be nice for us both to cook together. The book is filled with detailed instructions as well. The book itself is a paperback. The only thing i didnt like was that the actual pages feel like just regular printer paper and not the glossy finish that most books have, and also is that there are not many pics of the dish you are making. However thats nothing to deter me from this. Great buy if you and your mate are looking to enjoy the kitchen together and making healthy meals.
